1: Consolation Call

Okay, technically it’s a sales call, but don’t let that scare you. We’ll spend most of the time learning about your business, your goals, and what you’re looking to improve. Ask us anything, see how our systems work, and get a clear picture of what working together could look like. If we’re a good fit, great—we’ll talk next steps. If not, no hard feelings and definitely no hostage-style sales presentation.

2: The Build

This is where we disappear into the lab and start bringing everything to life. You’ll start by filling out a simple onboarding form with the details we need about your business, brand, and services. Once we have everything, we’ll get to work building your website, automations, AI systems, lead follow-up, and anything else included in your setup. We handle the technical heavy lifting and keep you updated along the way—so no, you won’t need to become an AI engineer overnight. That part’s on us.

3: Handing Over the Keys

Everything’s built, connected, and ready to go, now we hand you the keys. We’ll walk you through your new website, systems, automations, and AI tools, answer any questions you have, and make sure you know exactly how everything works. And when we say “everything,” don’t worry—we’re not handing you the controls to a spaceship. Most of the heavy lifting happens behind the scenes, leaving you with just a few simple things to manage while your new systems get to work.
